Engagement Photos from Bernheim Forest KY

There’s something truly special about photographing sessions at Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest. Tucked away in Kentucky, this location is one of my absolute favorites, especially in the summertime. These photos were taken during the late summer, when everything is lush, green, and full of life. The sunlight filters perfectly through the trees, creating the dreamiest glow and soft, natural backdrops that make every image feel timeless. One of the things I love most about Bernheim is how peaceful and expansive it is. Whether we’re walking along the trails, finding quiet little pockets of light, or letting kids run and explore, it always creates such a relaxed and genuine experience, which truly shows in the photos.
